I support individuals who feel stuck in recurring patterns or are navigating anxiety, grief, romantic breakups, guilt, low self-esteem, attachment issues, psycho-somatic pain, relationship conflicts, or the impact of traumatic experiences.
All sessions are conducted virtually.
I offer therapy online to Indian adults between ages of 20 - 50, globally. I work with individuals from all walks of life.

Counselling supports you with a specific issue in the present, such as making a decision, managing a situation, or coping with something that’s currently troubling you. It focuses on the here and now, helping you navigate immediate challenges.
Therapy, on the other hand, goes deeper. We may explore your past experiences, beliefs, emotional patterns, triggers, and how early life shaped the way you cope today.
No special preparation is needed, just come as you are. The first session is about understanding your concerns and helping you feel comfortable.
If possible make sure you’re in a private, comfortable space where you won’t be disturbed.
When starting therapy, I recommend at least one session per week, preferably same time each week, to maintain consistency and make our work more effective. However, the frequency is completely up to you based on your comfort, needs, and goals.
